Upstream Oil & Gas reservoirs are complex chemical entities. Understanding the complexity of this chemistry could be key in enhancing the recovery with least amount of energy and material interventions especially during the mature phase of reservoirs’ life. IOGS has developed rational approaches for reservoir interventions. These approaches are low cost, sustainable, and environmentally friendly. They will help in unlocking the trapped energy with least effort. Based on our in-house research development and design programs we have developed a portfolio of standard solutions for reservoir interventions with a single goal in mind to boost the energy return on a single unit of energy consumed in bringing the trapped subterranean energy to the surface.
